Private Yoga Classes

I have been teaching one to ones for more than 15 years. During that time, I’ve worked with beginners and injured people. I’ve worked with pregnant people and people training for marathons and triathlons. I’ve worked with retired people who never thought yoga was for them and became hooked, I’ve worked with people who only wanted to “do the poses” who became really interested in and passionate about breath work and of course, meditation.

Why work with me on a 1:1 basis? Well, the class is centred around the needs of the yogi (that’s you!) not the needs of the other 28 other people in an open level class. For example, you might be nursing a sore back, easing out tight hamstrings or focusing on shoulder mobility to help to improve your swimming technique.

Together in a one to one, we can focus on just these areas.

Or, for example, if you are just starting out on your yoga journey, absolutely the best way to begin is one to one. That way, you can ask me questions, take the classes at a pace that’s right for you, explore modifications, explore different styles etc.

£75 for one class

£350 for 5 classes

£650 for 10 classes

All classes are 60 minutes duration

An additional travel charge may apply for travel longer than 30 minutes from Camden.
