Why Yoga with Janet?

I first stepped onto a yoga mat in 1993.  I was hooked.

My yoga practice kept  me mentally and physically balanced during the years I worked in the Corporate world.  I know how it feels to be overwhelmed by the workload of a highly pressurised environment. I also know, through experience, how yoga can make a positive impact on those feelings. I've taught in a variety of  organisations including; The European Commission, Maersk, Fladgate LLP, Barclays Bank, PwC, the University of the Arts, The Mental Health Foundation, the Royal Veterinary College and AON as well as at triyoga. Since Lockdown all my teaching is online.  This is a very easy way to access yoga classes, from the comfort of your own home or office, in groups or individuals. In each class, there's time for breathing, postures and relaxation.

As well as challenging you physically and mentally, I will try to make your time on your mat fun!
